Purchased a $40.00 Credit Coupon for $20.00 through the https://shop.usatodaynetwork.com website. STACKCOMMERCE actually supplied the coupon.

When I attempted to use it the coupon I found it was bogus. I requested a refund from the "Support Heroes" seven time with no response. After a week of waiting I got an email that stated "All Sales Final." and refused to refund me. STACKCOMMERCE is nothing more then a thug, a criminal institution that prays on trusting consumers.

Avoid this fraudulent organization, or risk being taken advantage of.

I have filled a dispute with my credit card company and will also be filing a complaint with the Frederal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center, as well as the Federal Trade Commission. https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx https://www.ftc.gov
