Never use again
Paid for a club membership for BJs never heard a word from stackcommerce Called and get voicemail left my phone number as prompted and never received a call back

Resolved: Dispute claim
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Threatened to call bank and create a dispute.
I finally threatened Cult of Mac by suggesting that I would contact the bank to get a refund. I suppose Stack Commerce handles the payment and was really unsure why they are involved.
Anyway, PayPal dropped the ball by not verifying that merchandise was not sent. They refused to help any further. Finally, I got a refund; I never downloaded their adblocker software or received any merchandise as claimed!
This is the second incident with an adblocker vendor, I'm just finding that these folks are squirrely. Make sure they have a contact phone number instead of just an email.

I have tried unsuccessfully to reach Stack Commerce by phone using the number they provided. It says, “Your call can’t be completed, try again later.”
Stack Commerce delivered a laptop I ordered from Popular Science Shop in two days, which was fine. When I no longer needed the laptop, which I found out the day after my order shipped, I waited for it to be delivered.
Once I received the laptop I sent an email to their customer service team. I explained my reason for returning the laptop and asked for a return shipping label. Thats when communications stopped. I was told to follow the return instructions in the email and to print the attached return label.
The only problems with that were that the instructions did NOT work, NOR was there a return shipping label attached! Im extremely unsatisfied with this companys lack of communication and poor customer service!

- No way of getting a return shipping label

Unanswered request for return label
I have tried unsuccessfully to get a return shipping label emailed to me. Both phone numbers I have tried do not work!
At the beginning they were quick to respond, stating customer satisfaction was their primary concern. This changed once I explained I no longer needed the laptop I had purchased and just received. Since then Ive communicated with two people J. C.
and Lily, I think. She told me to follow the included directions and to print out the attached return shipping label. I followed the directions in my order and they didnt work!
Lastly, there was no return shipping label attached to print! Now, Im angry!!!

They said they would do it for me and I never have received my digital card . I purchased this membership in Nov and Ive been trying to get this taken care of ever since . Still nothing as of Today

Would not work.
Tried to return and was told "All Sales Final", no returns. This company is a scam.

Completely useless customer service
Purchased refurbished apple laptop / microsoft office suite from Mashable. Computer has not been refurbished as it has a password which they cannot provide, and office suite is for windows operating system, not safari.
Completely useless customer service, pointing fingers to everyone else. Impossible to find a phone number to call.
Email response is quick, but useless. They do not respond to your question or concern, just point fingers to other companies with no help in who they are or what they will do.
